IT'S TIME TO LEVEL UP YOUR TRAINING
My background in sport and fitness began when I took my fist pole fitness class in 2012. I then started going to the gym to cross train and get stronger for pole which is when I fell in love with fitness.
My husband, who I met in 2013 has an extensive background in health & fitness and was a personal trainer for years before I met him, so his love for health & fitness rubbed off on me, I learnt so much and was eager to learn more.
I started teaching pole in 2017, after 4 years of being a student and I was always giving my students advice on what to train at the gym, why certain exercises were important and the correct form. This led me to becoming a strength and conditioning coach, I fell in love with Kettlebell training and when I started getting stronger and increasing my weight, it unlocked a whole new level of my pole training.
I have a passion for helping people get stronger, learn new skills, new techniques, and to give people the power to make good lifestyle choices. Knowledge is power but its important to share it.
Why do I get results – I.KEEP.IT.SIMPLE. The fundamentals of training and nutrition have been the same for 100’s of years and they still work today. No fad diet, no cutting cabs, no slamming calories just balance. The fitness industry is worth billions of dollars because it is filled with gimmicks, fad diets and personal trainers promising to get you results without truly putting in the work.
Amongst all the noise, the thing that always get results is the thing that has always got results, solid nutrition and good training.
